Navigating life with all of its complexity —especially when you're carrying intergenerational trauma, cultural expectations, or the weight of systemic oppression — can be overwhelming. You may feel like you're expected to keep going, even when you're running on empty.

You deserve a space where your story is honored, your identities are affirmed, and your healing is centered.

About Tazin

I’m Tazin Banu (she/her), a South Asian Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual therapy for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ adults across New York. My work is grounded in anti-oppression, decolonial frameworks, and the belief that healing is a powerful act of resistance.

Whether you're struggling with identity, grief, family dynamics, burnout, or life transitions, we can work together to reconnect you with your voice, your values, and your path forward.

You're not too much. You're not too late. You're allowed to take up space.

Let’s explore what healing could look like for you.
